hold an annual fall conference that presents challenging keynote speakers
and extensive workshops that investigate a variety of teaching and
curriculum issues and strategies - for both elementary and secondary
school history and social science teachers. |

publish Rapport, our pedagogical quarterly journal. Rapport presents
articles on teaching strategies, curriculum issues and reviews of
publications. Our writers are practicing class room teachers, instructors
at faculties of education and involved community members interested
in the vitality of our schools and learners. |

participate and consult in Ministry of Education initiatives to develop
and mentor the shape of curriculum innovation in Ontario. Teacher
needs are always paramount in these discussions. |
